The enquiry form asks you to read and accept these terms before submission. If you do not accept them, please do not submit the form. Privacy questions and requests remain available directly by email without accepting these terms.
No engagement from an enquiry
Viewing the website, submitting an enquiry or receiving an acknowledgement does not create a client engagement, a fiduciary relationship, or an obligation for either party to proceed. We may decide not to accept work.
Consulting or introduction services begin only under a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties. That agreement should define scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, any data-processing arrangements, cancellation and dispute provisions. It governs those services if its terms differ from this website document.
No purchase, payment or binding service order is completed through this website.
Information and outcomes
Website content describes general business ideas and proposed service areas. It is not advice tailored to your particular situation and is not legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Business decisions depend on circumstances beyond this website. We do not promise particular revenue, profits, market access, approvals or other results. Obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on information for a decision that requires it.
We aim to keep the website useful, but information may be incomplete, change or contain errors. Contact us if you notice an issue.
Your enquiry
You must be at least 18 and provide information you are entitled to share. If you contact us for a company, you should be authorised to discuss the enquiry on its behalf. Do not impersonate someone or include another person’s personal information without an appropriate basis.
Keep initial messages brief. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, trade secrets or other sensitive or confidential material through the form. Discuss a suitable secure channel and confidentiality agreement before sharing such material.
You keep your rights in the information you submit. We may use it to review and respond to your enquiry and for the related purposes described in the Privacy Notice. These terms do not give us a broad right to publish your enquiry or use your confidential information for unrelated purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send malware or abusive messages, impersonate others, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Do not attempt unauthorised access to other people’s enquiries.
We may limit or block activity reasonably believed to threaten security or violate these terms. If a legitimate enquiry is blocked, you can contact us by email.
Website materials
Website text, branding, original artwork, design and other materials are owned by us or used under applicable licences, except where stated otherwise. You may view the site and make reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation of our services.
Do not sell or redistribute website materials, misrepresent them as your own, or use our branding in a way that implies endorsement without permission. Any rights or exceptions granted by applicable law, and any open-source or third-party licence rights, remain unaffected.
Availability and external links
We may update, maintain, suspend or discontinue website features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that the website will be free of all errors or security risks.
External links are provided for context or convenience. We do not control other providers’ websites, availability, policies or practices. Review the terms relevant to services you choose to use.
Responsibility and your rights
To the extent allowed by applicable law, this informational website is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will meet a particular business purpose. Responsibility for a paid client engagement is addressed in its separate agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. Any permitted limitation must be read subject to those protections.
Questions and disputes
Please contact coelevium@gmail.com with a concern so we can try to resolve it. This invitation does not prevent you from contacting an authority, seeking legal advice, using an available court, or acting within an applicable deadline.
Applicable law determines which mandatory protections and courts are available. These Website Terms do not designate an exclusive court or override protections that apply where you live. A separate consulting agreement may address its own governing law and dispute process, subject to applicable law.
Updates and remaining provisions
We may revise these Website Terms prospectively and publish an updated date. The form records the version accepted with an enquiry. Revisions do not retroactively change a separate signed agreement or remove rights relating to earlier events.
If a provision cannot be enforced, it will apply only to the extent legally permitted, and the other provisions will continue where possible. A delay in exercising a right does not automatically waive it.
